Awesome - THE BEST gluten free birthday cake EVER! Our child has celiac disease and finding a bakery willing/able to make a GF cake is harder than you might imagine. After calling several other vendors, Gina Marie called me back the same day and was so gracious and helpful. On the day of the birthday, the cake was delivered to my house and when it came time to eat the cake everyone's jaw literally hit the floor - no one believed a cake this good was gluten free (and dairy/egg/peanut/tree nut/soy protein free).

I ordered 36 cupcakes, three different classic flavors. They were all very delicious and very moist. Most gluten-free products are usually dry and hard, NOT these cupcakes. They were fabulous.
